• We fear the judgement of others, thus we are afraid to share our ideas.  
• Being sensitive and conscious to opinions of others makes us lose the freedom to think out of the box.
• Environment plays an important role as stimulator for our creative minds
• When people feel secure, relax and comfortable, people are encouraged to be more creative 
• Being playful helps us to think out of the box and be engage to open possibilities
